Download & Install
Choose an available platform above and download the latest release asset. Installation should take only a few minutes.
First Launch
Open CommandGate, sign in to your workspace, and let the app finish setup.
Run Your First Diagnostic
Describe the issue in plain English. CommandGate runs the checks, reads the output, and explains the root cause.

Use one real support queue or operations workflow first, then expand once the team trusts the output.
Verify Before Opening
Compare the downloaded installer against the checksum or detached signature assets on the public release page before first launch.
macOS
shasum -a 256 CommandGate*.dmg spctl --assess --type open --verbose CommandGate*.dmg
After copying the app, run spctl again against /Applications/CommandGate.app.
Windows
Get-FileHash .\CommandGate*.msi -Algorithm SHA256 Get-AuthenticodeSignature .\CommandGate*.msi
The hash should match the release checksum asset before installation.
Linux
sha256sum commandgate*.deb gpg --verify commandgate*.deb.asc commandgate*.deb
Use gpg verification when the release includes a detached .sig asset.
